Q1: Can your company supply the customized make design?
A:Yes. we can supply the free drawing and 3D photos to confirm before the production.
Q2: What is your trade term and payment terms?
A:We accept the EXW and FOB. For order less than USD3000, 100% T/T in advance. For order more than 3000USD, 30% T/T in advance, the 70% balance should be paid before shipment. (The buyer should be responsible for all the bank charge). We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q3: What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white or brown boxes and brown cartons,if separate foam cartons. If you have legally registered patent,we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
